Our work on temperature compensated multi-level PAM modulator and transmitter in CMOS for cryogenic non-contact interconnects is accepted by IEEE Journal of Microwaves. In this paper, we demonstrated a non-contact interconnect at 150 GHz that operates from 10K to 300K, achieving a data rate of 8 Gb/s.
